A heartwarming blend of romance, emotions and family relationships, “Dil Deewana Ho Gaya” is gearing up for its nationwide theatrical release on July 31. Produced by Ishpaul Singh Chawla under the banner of Grandway Productions, the film introduces three promising newcomers while delivering a wholesome story crafted for family audiences.
For producer Ishpaul Singh Chawla, the focus has always been on content rather than star power.
“I have always watched films as a common moviegoer. Audiences ultimately connect with a good story, soulful music and honest performances. With ‘Dil Deewana Ho Gaya’, our aim was to create a clean family entertainer that people of all generations can enjoy together. I am proud of the entire team and especially happy to introduce three talented new faces through this film,” says Ishpaul Singh Chawla.
Following this philosophy, Chawla chose actors who best suited their characters and entrusted the project to debut feature film director Rajiv Shamlal Soni, whose dedication and creative vision impressed him throughout the production.
“Rajiv Shamlal Soni gave his hundred percent to this project. His experience in television and understanding of emotions have added tremendous value to the film. I also believe that Vishnu Narayan’s music will stay with audiences long after they leave the theatre,” he adds.
Recently, the film’s promo and music were unveiled in Mumbai, where members of the media and invited guests got an exclusive first look. The launch generated encouraging feedback, with attendees appreciating both the film’s visuals and its melodious soundtrack.
Directed by Rajiv Shamlal Soni, who has previously helmed several successful television serials, Dil Deewana Ho Gaya marks his entry into feature filmmaking. The film has been shot across the scenic locations of Mumbai and Manali, adding visual richness to its emotional narrative.
One of the film’s biggest attractions is the launch of three new actors. Television actress Kajal Chauhan makes her Bollywood debut, while Bhanuj Sood and Shubhkaran Bhopal step into Hindi cinema with this project.
Speaking about her Bollywood debut, Kajal Chauhan says:

Bhanuj Sood, who has previously appeared in several major advertising campaigns, describes the film as a major milestone in his career.
“As a newcomer, getting an opportunity like this is truly special. The entire team worked with sincerity and commitment, and I learned a great deal during the making of this film,” he says.
For Shubhkaran Bhopal, the experience was particularly memorable because much of the film was shot in his hometown.
“The moment Rajiv sir narrated the story, I knew I wanted to be a part of it. Shooting in Manali made the journey even more special because my family could visit the sets and watch me perform. It is an experience I will always cherish,” says Shubhkaran.
The supporting cast includes Mushtaq Khan, Aroon Bakshi, Raju Kher, Brij Gopal, Mehul Buch, Garima Agrawal, Anjali Gupta and Diveyaa Dwivedi in key roles.
